Mrs. Hinman is excited to be part of the teaching team at SHDS. She studied Music Education at Ithaca College and then pursued a Masters Degree in Music Education at Syracuse University. After working for several years as an orchestra teacher/director in the Liverpool Central School district, she took some time away from public school to spend time with her three children. During that time, she continued to grow her private studio of violin, viola, cello, and bass students as well as teaching with Bluebird Music Together. Mrs. Hinman is elated to be back in an elementary school classroom to help bring music to the students at SHDS.
