Mrs. Seidman has had a life-long love of teaching and working with children, and is honored to be a part of the Syracuse Hebrew Day School faculty. Her time at SHDS started as PTO president and parent, then moved into the rewarding role of teacher.
To begin her teaching career, Mrs. Seidman went to SUNY Oneonta where she received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education Pre-K – 6, with a concentration in Computer Science. After that, she earned her Master’s degree in Literacy from SUNY Cortland. She worked at a charter school as a classroom teacher and reading specialist until the opportunity arose to join the SHDS faculty.
At SHDS, Mrs. Seidman teaches K-6 Technology classes and General Studies to 3rd and 4th graders. She is honored to work with students in many subject areas to help prepare them for the future. Spending every day working with SHDS’s wonderful students and staff is an absolute blessing!
